I keep turning this review over and over because I want to get it right. The biggest issue is that I just don't feel comfortable saying that Dr. Otsuka gave me the quality of care that I needed when I came to her. It started off well enough, the first visit was incredible. I felt I finally connected with a PCP. I was excited. I told my wife about her. I didn't go to Chay looking for a PCP but she was so confident and adamant about helping me that it gave me a second thought about staying with East Hawaii Health Clinic. But t... read more
