Dr. Chawla was very patient, friendly, and professional. I felt like she listened and understood my concerns, and she helped me to address them in a thoughtful way. I would recommend her very highly!
Arianna was very helpful in getting me an appointment in a time crunch and seriously grateful for her efforts! Dr. Chawla is fantastic and always makes me feel better after we have a consultation. Great listener and a true professional. I’d give 6 stars if I could!
Worst experience ever. Find anyone else
First, I have to say Dr. Chawla herself is a great practitioner. She has been able to provide excellent patient support and medication management. That said, her billing department is the most fraudulent I have ever encountered! They never send statements and then randomly bill for amounts other than what the insurance company says I owe. When I was finally able to get someone to send me a statement, they showed my insurance still owed, when I clearly had the EOBs proving otherwise.
