Arianna was very helpful in getting me an appointment in a time crunch and seriously grateful for her efforts! Dr. Chawla is fantastic and always makes me feel better after we have a consultation. Great listener and a true professional. I’d give 6 stars if I could!
Worst experience ever. Find anyone else
First, I have to say Dr. Chawla herself is a great practitioner. She has been able to provide excellent patient support and medication management. That said, her billing department is the most fraudulent I have ever encountered! They never send statements and then randomly bill for amounts other than what the insurance company says I owe. When I was finally able to get someone to send me a statement, they showed my insurance still owed, when I clearly had the EOBs proving otherwise. They have threatened to send me to collect... read more
I've been seeing Monica Conway for some time now and she's been very helpful. I'm in more of a maintenance stage of mental health and Monica has been super attentive and easy to talk to. If you're looking for someone who really listens and wants to problem solve I'd strongly recommend seeing Monica Conway.
