My husband and I had a couple's session with Pammy and Lex. Both therapists were amazing. I chose the deep tissue while my husband chose the traditional. We both felt rejuvenated. I needed knots out of certain areas and my husband needed much more work which includes the range of motion and stretches. It was painful for him but the therapy was very necessary for he is very stiff and had knots in his neck, shoulders, and extremities. I had many deep tissue massages with Pammy, and she was absolutely amazing! She really knows what she’s doing — her technique is firm, precise, and super effective. She took the time to find and work out all the tension spots without making it too painful. I left feeling so much lighter, relaxed, and refreshed. Pammy is also very kind and professional, which made the whole experience extra comfortable. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a truly skilled therapist!
