We got our septic tank pumped for the first time living with a septic and we had wonderful service. Our technician was Kevin, and he was very knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. Since this was our first service, he explained the process to me, educated me on what is good and bad for my septic and guided us on proper maintenance.
