Made appointment. Nobody called on the day they were supposed to come, so I called them. Jerry said someone would call me back that day to let me know if they were coming that afternoon or the next morning. Nobody called back that day. Jerry texted me the next morning and said they were short staffed and nobody could come until sometime next week. I needed them 4 days ago when I called. All he had to do was tell me no when I called instead of putting me off. Now it is Friday and I can’t get anyone else today.

Call to check my unit they said my thermostat was bad which wasn’t wanted $400 to replace what was covered under warranty but because they didn’t install it. Service guys blowed my ceramic fuse didn’t replace it. Took hose pipe down didn’t put it back the way they found it. And called another authorized Trane dealer had heat in bout 20 minutes after he got here.
