We loved working with Joe and his crew. We are new to the Toledo area and we were fortunate to find Chavez Construction. They are prompt and work tirelessly to finish the job. Joe responds quickly and makes sure every step of the project is on pace. He is fun to shop with for the flooring, cabinet, countertop, etc. options. The project included opening up windows through a wall to create a more open space, as well as repainting most of our first floor—and the results truly exceeded our expectations. Joe has built a very customer centric company that focuses on high quality results. We were introduced to Joe by our designer for our kitchen remodel. Our kitchen remodel included completely gutting our old cabinets and floors, installing new floors, new cabinets, and new counters.
