Joe has built a very customer centric company that focuses on high quality results. We were introduced to Joe by our designer for our kitchen remodel. Our kitchen remodel included completely gutting our old cabinets and floors, installing new floors, new cabinets, and new counters. Great experience from start to finish! Joe’s team were professional, honest, and really cared about honoring my requests . The work was done well and in a timely manner. I appreciated the attention to detail and how respectful they were of my home. I’d definitely recommend them and would call them again without hesitation.
I've had the honor of working with Joe Chavis. He is trustworthy, reliable, and provides high-quality work. We made the mistake of hiring the lowest bidder on a recent project, and learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. Joe went above and beyond to make it right for us, and I just wish we would've called him first. If you want the best quality results from an experienced and ethical builder, call Joe. When I called Chavis Building & Renovation Services, we had minimal time and several projects to complete before our home hit the market. To say we were overwhelmed would be an understatement. The crew that came out CRUSHED the work we needed, and Joe's experienced eye knew what other projects needed to be completed as well. I am pleased that I chose this company to do the kitchen renovation that was so desperately needed. The first time Joe came to visit and see my kitchen I told him my thoughts and he actually expanded on those thoughts and the outcome was 100%. He then presented the design and the contract for me to sign. He and his team were great.
