When I called Chavis Building & Renovation Services, we had minimal time and several projects to complete before our home hit the market. To say we were overwhelmed would be an understatement. I am pleased that I chose this company to do the kitchen renovation that was so desperately needed. The first time Joe came to visit and see my kitchen I told him my thoughts and he actually expanded on those thoughts and the outcome was 100%. I had a great experience with Joe and his crew from start to finish the project was great. There was clear communication from the start of what I wanted done. Joe gave a reasonable and honest quote at the beginning and provided a detailed account of what was done, materials and time spent. I was so happy with the basement remodel I had Joe and his crew do some remodeling work on the main floor. I was left with an updated home that I now love. The owner and workers are an awesome team. My home needed a huge makeover. Chavis team came to my rescue: work done, baseboards, b/board, wall outlets, light switch, electrical work, register covers, drywall Arch way, mudding dinning room wall, and close off a door.
We just had the whole interior of our house painted and new floors installed by Joe and his crew from Chavis Building & Renovation Services, LLC. They all were so kind and professional. Work areas were cleaned up daily and they did a great job. We highly recommend them!! Thank you!!! We love our new looking home!
