They helped me with service for an older floor furnace after two other HVAC contractors would not take the job because the unit was outdated. Brian arrived on time, was friendly, and the appointment window was very reasonable instead of a long multi-hour wait. After checking the furnace, he clearly explained that the gas utility needed to come out first before any repair work could be completed safely. I’ve relied on Chavez & Sons Roofing & Construction since buying my home and have stayed on their HVAC maintenance plan for spring and fall system inspections and tune-ups. The cost is very reasonable, and Brian has handled our service visits with clear communication and solid knowledge.
