I had Melvin come out to check our home for an estimate on furnace repair. I've had a couple of other companies visit, and I still have one more to go. I haven't made my decision yet, but Melvin took plenty of time with me and highlighted important details that the previous companies didn't explain. I recently switched to a new company for the maintenance and updates of our HVAC system in our relatively new custom home, which was designed and installed by the original contractor.
