my heater’s thermostat, which was still under warranty, stopped working right after a firmware update. even though it wasn’t my fault, i had to call chavez & sons roofing & construction to check out the problem. there was a charge for the initial inspection, and then another fee when brian came back to install the new thermostat once it arrived. but after brian realized what had happened, he let me know that i didn’t have to pay for the installation and made sure i wasn’t charged for it. that really showed great customer car... read more
