I'm incredibly grateful for the reliable, trustworthy, and timely service I received from this team. I required weatherproofing for my flat top patio roof due to a leak, and they offered me a reasonable estimate while thoroughly explaining the process. I really appreciated the sincerity of Roger and Leonard. I had been advised by others to replace the entire structure, but I didn't think this was required. The work was carried out in Montreat and the end result was fantastic! Many thanks!

We were unsure if Chavez & Sons Roofing could execute a full roof replacement in a single day. However, they accomplished it! After agreeing to the contract, we had to wait a couple of weeks to fit into their schedule. The materials arrived on the 24th, and Theodore, Leonard, Miguel, Jorge, and Roger started the job at 7am on the 25th. By 3pm the same day, the job was done and everything was tidied up. If you get an opportunity to work on a roofing project with these guys, count yourself fortunate! The owner, Miguel, is such a pleasant person. He made a point of meeting with our adjuster in Montreat to ensure nothing was overlooked. He was there in person every step of the way, offering excellent roofing services.
