Our heat pump stopped working earlier today, and our usual heater repair company could not come out right away. I called for service, and Lucas quickly arranged for a technician to arrive at my home in about two hours. Hands down one of the best AC service experiences we have had with Chavez & Sons. We have used them for ongoing HVAC and cooling system care for quite a while, and the work has always been excellent. Our older home can be challenging, but Jermaine and Lucas spent hours carefully checking airflow, adjusting the system, and balancing the cooling from room to room. Chavez & Sons did an excellent job with our AC repair and full HVAC upgrade during a large home addition and renovation.
