Our heater stopped working monday night when we went upstairs, and even after we changed the thermostat batteries and reset the system, we still wanted a professional to inspect it before the cooler weekend weather in Tampa. During a stretch of very humid, stormy weather in Tampa, my heat pump had heavy buildup around the unit and was not working the way it should. I called Lucas, and he came to my house quickly and inspected the entire system very carefully. He removed the buildup from the unit, especially the areas inside that were blocking proper operation, and made sure everything was cleared out safely.
