Incompetence...the staff is rude and needs training on customer service! Never goes that extra mile. Refuses to call Medicare. 20 years i put up with this. Awful..
I always have an amazing experience, Dr. Chavez is very caring, you could tell he loves to do what he does.
I find the staff at this clinic to be doing very good work for a small and local family practice, which traditionally have very low reimbursement rates and challenging patients. They do not have a fancy waiting area/reception but offer good care. I have been a nurse for 20 years, so I do know what I am talking about.
