Had to pay back taxes for the first time ever after using Chavez. They file saying you're a painter and try to get money back for false items. They also file your taxes as if you filed them yourself so they aren't tied into filing. Hence why they gone you a stamp and tell you drop them in the mail yourself. Absolute worst place ever. I know many people who have been also screwed by their shady practices.
