The head roofer, Levi, along with his assistant, Bryan, did an exceptional job on our gutter replacement project, providing excellent customer service. I had specific requests for the downspout extensions as they were routed through garden areas, and Levi was incredibly accommodating. However, there was an issue with Pedro, the third member of the roofing team. He was a bit curt when I requested one of the extensions to be relocated in the area he was working on.
