We’ve now had Chavez Construction come out twice for two different jobs on our new construction home. Each time they were extremely communicative and professional. We’ve worked with many construction companies in the past and these guys are a step above. I really appreciate what a great job they did fixing the drywall and painting. If we ever need anything else done before our year is up, we want them back. And even after our home warranty is up and we need to hire someone, we’re going to use them.

Roof leaked causing water damage to the window. We are new construction so the repairs were facilitated through the builder. Chavez Construction came out and did the repairs, they were very punctual, professional and the work is top quality. They arrived when scheduled and finished the work in the estimated time frame. Jose’s team has come out to our home numerous times to do repair work under our builder’s warranty claims and they’ve done excellent work every time. Very prompt, friendly, & knowledgeable professionals who are the best at what they do and work their magic every time. Thank you!
