We recently had a deck built by Segundo and his team, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The quality of the workmanship is excellent—solid, precise, and built to last. Segundo is fair, conscientious, and takes great pride in his work, making sure every detail is done right. It’s rare to find a contractor who delivers both top-notch quality and such a positive experience, but Segundo does exactly that. Highly recommended!

My wife and I could not be more delighted with the work Segundo Chavez and his team did building an accessory dwelling unit for us on our property in Lexington. It was a complicated project about which we frequently changed our minds. Segundo cheerfully accommodated our changes with creative solutions. They did excellent work throughout and did so far less expensively than other contractors proposed.
Segundo was fantastic to work with. He communicated about the projects consistently, moved quickly, and did a great job with each piece of the work. Will definitely use him and his team for future projects.
