We had our finished basement flood with a recent heavy rain and had damage beyond our ability to manage. Chavez restoration was to the immediate assist and had fans, dehumidifiers, an air scrubber (which I didn’t even know of such a WONDERFUL thing existed) and air movers going to get the humidity down, clean the air and pull out the water ASAP. If you got a small need and not a lot of work to be done is a little bit pricey but you are never going to meet a nicer business owner who cares about the customer, one of the happiest people I've ever met. And quality is way more important than a price most of the time. If you need quality work from somebody who's going to treat you well this is where to go.
