The worst automotive service experience of my life. I have owned multiple vehicles over the years and have never experienced such poor quality of work or communication—especially after paying over $3K. I strongly do not recommend this location. We brought our vehicle in specifically to have the particulate matter sensor replaced. Because we had a strict, pre-scheduled moving date, timing was critical. They started by saying the parts would be covered by warranty then it wasn't because i attempted to replace a scesor on my own. That cost 3000+ and got the truck with more warnings lights on than when we left it there. They installed a completely new exhaust and the tail pipe was bent when we got it back. What was supposed to take 5 hours took 4 days and still wasn't complete when we picked it up. The service people were nice and everything but looks like there techs might need some more training.

This is the color of my Dipstick 10 miles after vehicles first oil change. Beware of this dealer, I have opened a case with GMC for not having completed services that were signed for and documented to be completed.

Ron and the entire team at this dealership made the buying process exceptionally easy. Ron, Neyra got the information and deal with the vehicle I wanted promptly well worth the experience. I live 4hrs away, but they made it worth my time when other dealerships played games, Ron/Neyra got down to business. Thank you, Ron!
