When an 80-year-old lady goes into your store to buy a $2000 recliner and you refuse her the restroom which was 3 feet away marked ladies. You probably need to rethink things.terribly rude of the sales associate not the fact that they lost the sale even if they didn’t buy anything you should’ve let the senior citizen woman use your restroom who would’ve been in there for an hour looking.
Saleslady left alot to be desired, store did not have any furniture for me to sit in and feel, so what I wanted was not in the store, and I had to select it from the catalog. The table and chairs was for customers to look at, and it too had to be ordered. Nothing could be taken or delivered. AGAIN, my order was placed on March 24, 2026, in the amt of 3286.60 with a 10% discount.
