Had a new problem with my A/C today (108F!) and while Ric literally had 15 people ahead of me in line, somehow he managed to troubleshoot my system BY PHONE!!! To be fair, I am mechanically competent, but while he was working on another client's unit (which he fixed by the way) all the while taking a steady stream of calls for his services, he still took the time to walk me through a troubleshoot because he couldn't get to me right away.
