My first visit I was forgotten about and had waited over 2 hours to see him. Then he rushed me through without any care and concerned. The second time I had an appointment at 1:30 and he didn’t even get to the office until almost 2:30! Still was rushed. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone! I have major health issues and need an attentive, caring doctor.
I was in and out in 30 minutes- that’s all I can really say.
Dr. Chava is a great doctor. He is a very hard worker. He saved my life many times. He has great bedside manners and cares about all his patients. He visits you in the hospital unlike some doctors who don’t. His office staff has improved since he hire Grace as his office manager. She has over 30 experience. She is super nice and a hard worker. I recommend Dr. Chava to everyone.
I have found dealing with Dr. Chava very frustrating. I have encountered very long wait times and unresponsiveness to follow up questions. The practice does not have an option for online test results etc as most modern medical practices do. What I hope for in a family physician is some level of attentiveness and a sense that the doctor is willing to take the time to attend to me personally. I instead find Dr. Chava to be too busy to attend and his office staff unenthusiastic at best.
Dr, Chava did a great with my Dad up until he passed away on October 18th, not impressed with his staff, very hard to get them to return a phone call or do as they promised.
TERRIBLE STAFF. Rather, what staff? Dr. Chava was my attending doctor during a hospital stay. He's a great physician: however, it's near to impossible to reach his office staff or get a return call. Disappointed.
