Dr.Kourtu is so fantastic,I'm following him to Jamestown.I wouldn't go to anyone else
Had a great experience,the staff and Drs here are very kind and caring.they helped me get my pain manageable,am very grateful for them.
I canceled my appointment well within 48 hours notice to them via the text message they sent out to remind me and confirm it I canceled it and I called left them a voicemail and now they are trying to bill me for a missed appointment or no-show I was not a no-show I canceled. Companies like this are ripping off insurances every day by saying patients were no-show in billing the insurance in the patient it is fraud and I will be getting my attorney involved if they keep it up
