Assistant D.A forgets to bring her computer to work (Kristin). Pathetic excuses all around. This team of district attorneys should be embarrassed. Not to mention the other assistant (younger than me) his eyes were more bloodshot than mine.
My daughter was attacked and punched in the head on September 5th 2023. The sheriff deputy told my daughter an order of protection would be entered against her attacker. We had been told she would be notified of the court hearing. Today when my daughter called the court she was told a hearing took place and charges were dropped due to my daughter not attending. She had not been notified about the hearing. This is an injustice to my daughter. Does no one check that all parties are notified
