After dealing with several places to find a dog; chautauqua humane was a pleasant find. Very professional, friendly staff.
Poorly trained pet specialists, unprofessional staff, and unhealthy shelter conditions. Staff are unprofessional and make adoption difficult. Staff set unnecessary and ridiculous criteria for adoption of specific animals (without professional input on animal psychology). Horrible animal prison setting with unqualified staff.
