The Chautauqua County Department of Health has covered up C19 hot spots such as Infinity Performing Arts; has taken negative results on C19 tests as a conclusive answer of whether or not to isolate symptomatic people despite warnings from the laboratory doing the test saying that a negative result doesn't rule out C19 infection and should not be used as the sole basis for patient management decisions! Lastly they refuse to include in their daily data release the number of people actually hospitalized for C19 in their County!
