One day I stopped in to pick up a consent form, Dr. Cross happened to be in the hallway. He asked me how I was doing and I told him that I was doing well. That was the extent of the conversation. For this they sent me a bill for $50 co-pay. I called them several times and explained that it was not an office visit, nor did I have an appointment with Dr. Cross. They ignored all of my plea to reverse the charge and now I am harassed by a collection agency. I have not been to that office ever again. They are simply money hungry.
Helped Us through my husbands cancer. Patiently answered all our questions, was there every step of the way for my husbands treatment. When told I needed an Oncologist, there want any hesitation, Dr. C.Cross is my doctor.
Dr Cross was great.....paid a lot of attention and talked...answered questions and watched me carefully during treatment. Great guy and great staff. Diagnosis after treatments...disease free. Thanks Doc!
