I just like the hospital they helped me alot.
I went to Dr Eakins twice for seperate pain issues. Both times he said there was a procedure he could do to help with the pain. Both times he failed to even submit the request to my insurance for approval. Each time I wasted several months waiting to schedule the procedure, then more time to find another provider. My insurance verified no request was received for either procedure. Don't waste your time with Dr Eakins.
This doctor is not trying to pay me what he offered me in the beginning, he will tell me a time and a location and change and say this is our plan wait the last minute and change everything and does this more than once and expect you to be okay with it every time although you asked him plenty of time is this the plan. Reporting to BBB immediately his turn over rate is high! it's not hard to guess why!
I’m so impressed and thankful for Dr Eakins and his team! I finally have a Doctor who listens to me! I finally found a great support team that is so caring! It makes a tremendous difference when you have a Doctor that cares, listens and SEES you! Thank yall for being what a Doctor and care team is supposed to be.
