After visiting Chaunceys showroom and speaking to their lovely staff, we ordered sawn and brushed engineered oak flooring for a large kitchen/diner and Douglas fir flooring for our hallway. The Douglas fir flooring arrived with a weird dark coloured lacquer on it even though we requested it to be unlacquered as we wanted to apply our own. We flipped the boards but we’ve never been 100% happy with them. We had two rooms fitted with wooden floors by Chaunceys.Ciaran the guy who fitted the floors did a great job. We found them to be very professional and a very high standard of work through out. Very good communication. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and would use them again.
