Love this place. It’s like a home to me and my brother in law. They have always treated us kindly and been more than just a business. We have built friendships there. We visit the gun range often. I have bought more guns from there then I can count now and will continue to. Laura is like a mother to us. They without the crew they have now, we probably would shop there.
Girl working behind the counter today was incredibly rude. I asked her where the gun section was and she acted like I insulted her or something. Never seen such a miserable human being.
These people are the rudest people i have ever met i will never give them my business. Smart comments and NO CUSTOMER Service what so ever. I'm glad I am military I'll go to the base for everything I need i literally been there twice same experience every time. ESPECIALLY from that black lady omg she acts like she owns the place. Go to the pawn show up the street military people behind the counter very knowledgeable of all weapons GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I already purchased 4 guns from them!!!
Went in today with my husband to look around. Ended up finding super cute Christmas shirts that someone sells there so i looked through them they were stacked in a milk crate which made it extremely hard to look through so i did that the best I could and folded them back up the best I could while Holding my child. Before making the purchase I wanted to look through the shirts one more time. Then an employee comes in and makes the remark that she just fixed them so be gentle on them and rolls her eyes. Very poor customer service would rather go to EC pawn they know how to talk to people as a customer on the phone or in person star should be a 0 instead of a 1 star
