Girl working behind the counter today was incredibly rude. I asked her where the gun section was and she acted like I insulted her or something. Never seen such a miserable human being.
These people are the rudest people i have ever met i will never give them my business. Smart comments and NO CUSTOMER Service what so ever. I'm glad I am military I'll go to the base for everything I need i literally been there twice same experience every time. ESPECIALLY from that black lady omg she acts like she owns the place. Go to the pawn show up the street military people behind the counter very knowledgeable of all weapons GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I already purchased 4 guns from them!!!
Went in today with my husband to look around. Ended up finding super cute Christmas shirts that someone sells there so i looked through them they were stacked in a milk crate which made it extremely hard to look through so i did that the best I could and folded them back up the best I could while Holding my child. Very poor customer service would rather go to EC pawn they know how to talk to people as a customer on the phone or in person star should be a 0 instead of a 1 star
This place is hands down the worst pawn shop in Elizabeth city. Went here a few years ago to pawn one of my guitars and the lady behind the counter DROPPED my guitar and completely ruined it. Went there again to try out the range and the man behind the counter SUCKED. I have never dealt with a more dense and unwilling human being in my life. If theres any store that deserves to get robbed it's definitely this place!!!!!!
