I will say that Dr. Erragolla was wonderful and helped me get some 'quality of life' back. He is an excellent pain physician and I would recommend him to others. The office is a different story. My first visit the office staff had pulled someone else's chart who's name was similar to mine. I noticed the birthdate was wrong so they realized they had the wrong chart. They had to make a new chart for me because they were not prepared. My second visit went well, no complaints. Then the third visit I was told I had to reschedule ... read more
