Est venu installer un chauffe-eau en 2022. Le chauffe eau sifflait 2 ans plus tard. Je les ai appelé, ils sont venus rapidement vérifier. Ils ont changés les éléments chauffants sans frais! Les deux plombiers sur place étaient gentil, professionnel et répondait à toutes mes questions. Un gros merci pour votre excellent service après-vente!

If you need them to replace a water heater, go with confidence as the technicians were very professional and the price was right. However, I would not recommend using them for anything else. We had our washer pipes changed at the same time and since then, I have an issue with atrocious noises in most pipes. They did not reply to my service inquiry and when I called them, they said I need to « call a plumber », which I thought they were but visibly not.
