I phoned Jean-Paul Ares on Monday morning and spoke to Karine who was very helpful in getting us a appointment . She was very professional in her job. She said she would call us back in the afternoon regarding finding us a technician to help us. Which she did and we were very lucky to have Martin the technician come the same day and repair our central air conditioner. He was very professional too! We received top service from this company.

Sa soumission comportait 3 prix avec 3 solutions différentes, on choissisait celle qui nous convenait le mieux. Jamais eu de délais de leur part, des réponses et des prises de rdv rapide, ils ont respecté leurs heures d'arrivées de travail.
