J avais un problème et au lieu de me facturer un appel de service , on me donne des conseil à verifier avant de passer et me facturer un appel de service . J ai pu voir ou était le problème ( mon erreur ) et tout est OK sans avoir une facture . À l achat ( pres de 10 ans )on m' a tres bien conseillé sans vouloir me vendre le plus cher , mais selon mes besoin .Des personnes conciencieuses et un service clientèle irréprochable.

I phoned Jean-Paul Ares on Monday morning and spoke to Karine who was very helpful in getting us a appointment . She was very professional in her job. She said she would call us back in the afternoon regarding finding us a technician to help us. Which she did and we were very lucky to have Martin the technician come the same day and repair our central air conditioner. He was very professional too! We received top service from this company.
