J’avais une vieux chauffe eau au gaz qui ne fonctionnait plus. Aucun plombier ne voulait y toucher étant donné que l’installation initiale était complexe et non conforme. L’équipe de Chauffage Mongeon on trouvé une solution afin de changer notre chauffe-eau ainsi que le mettre aux normes. De plus, ils ont en même temps régler un problème au niveau de mon air climatisé qui coulait. Service impeccable, information claire et rassurante. Merci beaucoup!
Horrible. Service rep came to evaluate our home. We agreed and paid (in full). The tech came to do the installation and stayed a total of 4 minutes before saying he couldn't do it because there was a fixture in the closet (one that could easily be moved) and it wasn't his or the service reps fault. Why send someone to do the inspection in that case? He saw the closet in question the day of the evaluation. If we'd have known beforehand, wed have moved the unit before their arrival. I am changing my review. The initial installation was fine but this company’s after sales service is basically non-existent. When a unit began to malfunction, the first technician they sent didn't even bother parking his truck when he came to perform an intervention, which turned out to be completely ineffective. Second technician blamed a faulty thermostat. After making me wait a month for the replacement, the technician who installed it didn't even bother to wait to see if the system was functioning correctly before leavin... read more
