Our geothermal furnace stopped working. Other companies told us the compressor had to be replaced, but better to replace the whole furnace; multiple thousands of dollars in any case. Yvon showed up and within minutes he identified the real problem (capacitor was broken and leaking); he replaced it without delay and now the furnace works again. This company use to be good but lately customer service is very poor. Made multiple attempts to make appointment. Either cancels or does not show up.
