Absolutely terrible customer service—avoid this company at all costs! I’ve been waiting for months for a part, constantly calling to follow up. After finally receiving a message that the part had arrived, I scheduled an appointment and made special arrangements to be there as the landlord. No one showed up. I called them for furnace repair. The guy didn't seem very knowledgeable about Lennox furnaces. He tried a few things I had tried already and then concluded that I probably needed a new circuit board, which they would have to order. I was told they would call me when they had it a few days later. They never called. Meanwhile, I called another company that came and fixed the problem in about 30min. I was charged over $200 for a service call that didn't resolve anything. Very unimpressed. Will not be calling them again.

Don't bother calling them. I contacted this company to repair my heat pump in May 2024 and took them 3 months to get the part claiming their supplier kept sending them the wrong one. Problem still persists even with new part, now they came again and couldn't figure out the issue but still charged me $125. The tech told me to remove the panel and get the error code of the board for them next time and call them with it...?!!? The issue is still not resolved.
