Si j’aurais pu mettre 0 je l’aurais fait. Sérieux, j’ai jamais été aussi mal servi au téléphone. Très irrespectueux, m’insulte et m’appelle ma grande et m’as dit d’aller me trouver une vie sans vouloir me donner son nom. Tout ce que j’essayais de faire est d’aider ma maman de 76 ans à régler son air climatiser parce qu’elle fait juste geler. Au lieu de m’expliquer calmement et poliment ce qui devrait être fait, il me traitait d’une façon totalement inapproprié.
