Tracie was unbelievably helpful and lovely. She helped design our itinerary, giving us lots of options and ideas. She spent a lot of time doing this and making bookings at different venues for us. Unfortunately due to no one’s fault we were unable to make the trip and she happily refunded everything and cancelled all the bookings.
