Have been with them for a while and never had a problem. Now, I have been sick since last Wed and called them. They said someone will call me back and all I've heard is crickets!!!!!! I've called, sent msg, etc and no body has reached out for me! I've got emphysema and pulmonary fibrosis. This is VERY UNACCEPTABLE! I AM searching for a new Dr. Now!!!!!
The staff was attentive and thorough addressing my needs and took prompt action ensuring I received everything I needed to get me on the road to feeling better. Dr. Qayyum and Sarah went above and beyond to follow up on my care.
I had a wonderful experience with Sarah Sproat, CRNP. She was not only quick and efficient, but also incredibly attentive. She took the time to ask the right questions, thoroughly diagnosed my condition, and insured I felt heard and cared for. I truly appreciate her professionalism and compassionate approach. I highly recommend her and Chaudhry Associates.
They have been the smoothest and most helpful throughout the entire process. From scheduling to the actual in office visits and follow ups just a phenomenal health care experience.
Staff is wonderful! So welcoming and always had a great experience there!
