I'm sure he's a wonderful doctor, however making people wait up to 6 to 8 hours for a 2-5 min exam is OUTRAGEOUS. Book your appointment at 2:30pm. Drops put in. Told to return at 5pm. Then you have to wait outside the office down the hallway until 8:30, mostly standing room only in an overcrowded hallway. What kind of circus is this? Come on Alberta Health. Do Better. There are not enough seats for the amount if people quite often. However, he is a wonderful doctor, and he does his best to accommodate issues a patient may have, such as severe anxiety. Most of the staff are very kind and understanding. I feel medicine hat is extremely lucky to have a doctor of his caliber and expertise.
My mother said he's a nice man, but that doesn't give her back the 5 hours she has to wait for his service every time. She finally quit going because of that. The money he makes he could provide his patients with a much more comfortable wait. Sometimes people are standing for hours because they run out of chairs.
Great dr. But wait time at office are totally ridiculous.
