There are not enough seats for the amount if people quite often. However, he is a wonderful doctor, and he does his best to accommodate issues a patient may have, such as severe anxiety. Most of the staff are very kind and understanding. I feel medicine hat is extremely lucky to have a doctor of his caliber and expertise.
My mother said he's a nice man, but that doesn't give her back the 5 hours she has to wait for his service every time. She finally quit going because of that. The money he makes he could provide his patients with a much more comfortable wait. Sometimes people are standing for hours because they run out of chairs.
Great dr. But wait time at office are totally ridiculous.
