The food was expensive it came after 30 minutes and it tasted average. Would not recommend
Found hair in my donburi. Staff does not wear hair nets. Often times the cashier is also the cook. Witnessed a customer ask for a sweeter drink. Instead of staff offering a new one, he pours her drink she had sipped on and proceeded to pour it in the shaker to add sweetener. The shaker is used for all customers drinks. Very unsanitary! Staff comes to work sick sniffling and wiping nose while preparing orders.
Wished that I read the reviews before visiting. This place is pretty rundown, stains on the seat, table, and floor. The service was decent and the food was mediocre. The fried rice was made with soft and moist rice and it tasted amateurish. It's like something you would make at home that you definitely not serve to company. The boba was mushy and the drink tasted like some generic sugary juice.
