We had the most beautiful experience at the emergency room today. I cannot say enough, good things about the compassion and care that we received. All the way from the receptionist to the nurses and the doctor. Great care all around!!! Hugs
I’m being generous. This place has some great nurses who truly care and 2 doctors who are in it for healing. Good luck getting lucky enough to have the right combination. Exec leadership is arrogant at best and not a team I’d hire. UPDATE: For my second procedure, I went to Morton Plant. The experience was night and day. It was like fresh air to have a caring team who actually listened to me.

Two weeks ago Saturday my wife had an accident on her motorcycle. Thank goodness not life threatening but broke shoulder. Admitted to the emergency room and seen by Dr Kacy, Linda the super nurse and Adrian, hope I have her name correct. They took great care of her and meet all our needs. Today Dr Barber at CRMC in Douglas repaired the shoulder and he was pleased with the surgery. Thank you to the staff of CRH for your help and support. Kevin J Koeppler.
