There are too many problems to list . So I will list what I think is the worst because it is against code they didn't install drip edge .
Bought a spec house from them in 2019. Initial quality seemed good but after a short time problems began to emerge and the builder won't stand by behind his warranty, his work or his word. I do not recommend this company. UPDATE: After I wrote this review, the builder's wife emailed me within 24 hours to complain that my review was false and made personal attacks against me. Chatuge Custom Homes is this area's very best builder! We were searching for a home to retire to in 2018. Having had really bad experiences with builders in the past (Maryland and Florida) we had sworn off new construction, but we saw a home being built by Chatuge Custom Homes and fell in love with it. We purchased a home from Chatuge Custom Homes in 2020. Great craftsmanship and top quality materials. Justin and Mary Ann are super easy to work with. We had no problems and they even came back 2 yrs later and built our beautiful hardscape terraces and stones steps.
