I don't understand how a psychiatric facility doesn't ever answer the phone or call back if you leave a message. If we need them is because we have mental problems and need someone to be there for us. I drive over 30 miles one way to sit in front of a computer talking to a nurse practitioner that doesn't look at me. So if you who are reading this review are in search of a psychiatrist, go look somewhere else.
Dr. Shakira Woods is an excellent tele doctor at this location. Also, Sven and Dr. Jenny are good “in person” family and child therapists. The receptionists also are good, are very discreet, respectful, and kind. All of these people at this location seem to care about you and your well-being regardless of an “in person” or “tele” visit. Just wish there was an option for in person visits with the psychiatrists maybe two to three times a year. I have never felt more miserable when I left a doctor's office. I know it is tele medicine but the person I saw never looked at me and made me feel like I was just trying to get drugs. My primary Dr was angry. Drive a bit farther for people who care about your health, this office doesn't.
My husband and I were very impressed and satisfied with the visit. Psychologist NP Joseph Obuba listened and addressed and asked just about everything we needed help with , we have followed up appointments for next month, my husband was sent bloodwork which is the correct way to start. Joseph Obuda referred me for some group therapy for my anxiety etc The nurses and rest of staff were friendly and helpful. Offices are spotless and so is the waiting area.
