I’ve been a regular client with this salon and usually book with an executive stylist, so I expected a consistent level of service. Unfortunately, my recent visit was very disappointing. My appointment was for 3:45 pm. I called ahead to let them know I’d be about 10 minutes late, and they assured me it was fine. When I arrived, my stylist was still with the previous client. Just got notified by ChattersCanada that my personal info was leaked in a data breach. No apology, no clear info on what was stolen though it may have been credit card information, just ‘free credit monitoring.’ Disappointing and unsafe.
