Poor customer service. They don’t greet you and just stare. I hate playing the race card but everyone with straight hair got help and no one asked if I needed help or if I needed anything. Other women walked in after me and got immediate service. Lost a customer cu were all spending the same money. I had questions to ask before purchasing and it’s just not a friendly or warm environment
I was a regular and loyal customer of this salon for two years, but unfortunately, the unprofessional behaviour of a staff member named Madina or Madine (I am unsure of the correct spelling), a woman with dark eyes and eyebrows usually works as a cashier at the front ultimately made me decide to take my business elsewhere. I called on October 9th, 2026, at 5:32 pm, simply to ask whether an item listed on the website was in stock. The woman who answered had a HORRENDOUS attitude, she was rude, snappy, and dismissive before hanging up on me. She also seemed unfamiliar with the store’s own items advertised on its website.A basic stock question should not be met with this level of disrespect.
