Staff Behavior was good but they need to learn more for their job. I showed my own picture for the haircut I wanted but the result was not even 1% similar to my previous haircut. Just a waste of money.
I like the location of this Chatters and I most often have pleasant experiences there. However, twice in the past 6 months or so I have walked into the store to buy a product and a certain employee is very pushy for me to buy specific products. I'm not sure if it's a personality thing or a commission thing, but it is very off-putting. The first time it happened, it seemed like she had made a bet with her other colleagues that were there that she could make an add-on sale with me. She wouldn't stop pushing an add-on.
