I visited Chatters Hair Salon to get my curly hair trimmed before my convocation, and unfortunately I was very disappointed with the experience. I clearly explained that I have naturally curly hair and was concerned about the length, but my hair was cut much shorter than I requested. It seemed that the stylist did not have sufficient experience working with curly hair textures and did not take into account how much curly hair shrinks after cutting. I recently moved to Red Deer and having gone to the same hair stylist for 25+ years I was abit apprehensive about going to someone new. I didn’t have to worry, Hannah did a fantastic job on my hair, I love the colour and the trim was perfect. Thanks Hannah it was a pleasure meeting you, I will be back.
