I had booked an appointment for a layered haircut. I arrived on time but was checked in about 10–15 minutes later, which I completely understood and was happy to wait. However, once I was in, I was told there wasn’t enough time for styling since the next client was already waiting. The haircut itself felt rushed and unfortunately, I didn’t get the layered cut I had requested, the result didn’t look like proper layers at all. Sorry, I left feeling quite disappointed with the service.

They were friendly, but the haircut was not what I requested. I asked for layers and a u shape at the bottom. She ended up doing a blunt cut almost straight across, with a small layer on the bottom. It looks like a cut my Mom did when I was in sixth grade. Not bad, but not worth the money spent.

I’m feeling really disappointed with my recent experience. I had a haircut and hair color done, for which I was charged around $350. Unfortunately, the haircut was not done properly — there were no visible layers or structure at all. When I returned to politely request a fix, the stylist became defensive and dismissive, insisting the result was perfect. Totally bad service never gonna back again. I did. Perm twice. In the first was everything perfect. After 6 month a went to retake I was bad job. The perm fell off just in a specific area. They just said; was maybe the shampoo you use! What!!! I brought their shampoo too. Also in the beginning I haven’t any issue. Please don’t go this location. If you don’t want wast your money and putting in risk your hair.
