My daughter and I have both had our hair cut by Ghezal at Chatters in the mall. She is absolutely amazing and full of great advice. We will definitely be making her our permanent hairdresser.

I had a wonderful experience getting my haircut by Ghezal. As someone with curly hair, I’m usually pretty nervous about getting a cut since it can be hard to find a stylist who is familiar with curls. Ghezal did a fantastic job and gave me exactly what I wanted. Even though I was her last client of the day, she didn't rush at all. I had a perm and haircut done with Ciera, and unfortunately the service was very disappointing. During the appointment, she told me that if I wanted this specific style in the future, I should go to another stylist, which I found unprofessional. I was also charged $51 for the haircut, even though the price listed when I booked was $35. On top of that, the haircut itself felt rushed—she spent only a couple of minutes cutting my hair and made very minimal changes.
