Amazing customer service by Amar!! I went in to get some recommendations for oily scalp/dreamy voluminous hair and left the store with great deal of information. Amar was so professional and knowledgeable. I love the fact that she provided me straight forward answers to each and every question I had. Will definitely visit in the store soon to buy some products :)
Went in for a curly hair haircut, I did. Or receive that. Communication was awful, I requested layers that I did not get as well as curls in the end, that I did not get. Not only did I get charged for a curly hair haircut by an ELITE artist who “specializes” in curly hair, I did not receive that haircut. I came out of the salon with pin straight hair, not even styled. All she did was blow dry it. This was the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life, I spent the whole day after this at home crying trying anything I could go to style my hair to not look so horrible. I’ve had better cuts at Walmart. The lady cutting my hair, Lana, absolutely butchered by hair and I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed the next day.
