I had such a great experience at Chatters Hair Salon! I went in for a haircut and color, and I’m so happy with the results—my hair feels fresh, healthy, and the color turned out beautifully. Amazing customer service by Amar!! I went in to get some recommendations for oily scalp/dreamy voluminous hair and left the store with great deal of information. Amar was so professional and knowledgeable. I love the fact that she provided me straight forward answers to each and every question I had. Will definitely visit in the store soon to buy some products :)
Went in for a curly hair haircut, I did. Or receive that. Communication was awful, I requested layers that I did not get as well as curls in the end, that I did not get. Not only did I get charged for a curly hair haircut by an ELITE artist who “specializes” in curly hair, I did not receive that haircut. I came out of the salon with pin straight hair, not even styled. All she did was blow dry it. Waste of money, and I could have saved 100$ by going to Marvel where the students there at least have instructors to tell them how... read more
