wont go back all i wanted was a trim up to my shoulders and the woman who cut it went over my shoulder intentionally. after that the big chick at the till knew what she was doing putting her insecurities on me cause my hair looked ugly, fire her or i will tell others to stop coming to your store sorry for being very upset and all, but cmon do better 🤡

Shoutout to manager Wendy and hairstylist Ofelia for the great customer service, standing by the principle of keeping customer happy. I booked my haircut and full foil with one of the hairstylist that was new. The outcome was not what I expected. It was totally off that got me too frustrated and disappointed and this was rectified by both Wendy and Ofelia the next morning without charge. Thank you so much for looking after me. I am truly grateful!

Nihal is amazing! I’ve been switching between Chatters locations & stylists since 2023, I got my hair done by a another lady here but I don’t think she works here anymore however she did a good job since I got a big chop at the time. I was hesitant to book here because of the reviews but thought it couldn’t get any worse than my previous cuts due to struggling to find someone who’s good, knows what I want and doesn’t just do what they want. Really disappointed from this…worst to worst staff at front..I booked an appointment and when I visited their wordings were different! Management should look after this!
