Katherine was kind and pleasant, but the service felt a little rushed. I brought photos and asked for more layers, though it felt like my preferences weren’t fully prioritized. My hair wasn’t blown out to remove the loose ends, so I left with cut hair still on me. I was also offered a “blowout for a style at the end,” but left with my hair still dry and my part untouched. It was my first time getting my hair done at this salon and it was awesome. Seeing so many reviews for Katherine made me decide to get my hair done to her and I love it! She made sure to give her best to get my hair to my desired looks and she went through all the process. I will for sure book another appointment to her soon.
