I am such a people pleaser and now want to voice my opinion so others don't have the same experience as I did. I walked into this appointment and even had a consultation prior with this alleged "Senior Staff". I had black hair and wanted to go brown. We did the consultation and I let her know my hair history (I WILL PREFACE THAT WE DID NOT DO A HAIR STRAND). I booked a colour online for 3pm. At 12pm the salon called and asked me to switch my appointment because the client before me booked the wrong service for what they wanted. Rather than set boundaries with the client who made the mistake the stylist went ahead and agreed to do a longer service and called me to change m appointment time/day or reduce my service time to accommodate the previous client’s error. Had my hair cut today by Suad and I am so happy with the results! Suad was very kind and gave me the exact haircut I wanted. Will definitely book again :)
I had an amazing experience with Suad! She gave me a beautiful balayage and haircut, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She is incredibly sweet, patient, and very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable and confident throughout the appointment, and the final look turned out exactly how I wanted. Highly recommend Suad to anyone looking for a skilled and caring hairstylist!
