I’ve been coming here for over a year and it has been nothing but inconsistent. All I ever ask for is a simple root touch up, yet I end up with a different color every single time. At first they blamed the system for not saving my formula, but after multiple visits it was obvious they had no intention of fixing the issue. The young girl who does the hairstyles needs more experience. I thought I would be happy with my hairstyle, but she had me for an hour and a half. She really didn't do what I asked for. I left that place very disappointed.
New to Okotos and found Chatters online. I had the pleasure to meet and was booked with Satin (Satinder). Satin was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I explained I was new to the area. I advised Satin that I needed a color and cut. I love the idea that the sinks are located on the station! I was very pleased with the color, cut and style I received. I had a great experience getting my hair cut here. Michelle was very friendly. She was so gentle with my hair. She asked me what I wanted done, and I showed her a picture. After the hair was washed, she asked me if I was ready for the big change. I replied with a yes, and the hair cut began. Highly recommend Michelle 10/10
82$ for a trim?? Insane price. No thank you!! Walked in today to book a short notice trim. My hair is mid back length. I was told that because it would take extra time to style, it would cost more. I told them that I did not need my hair to be styled or dried, just trimmed. They said the price would be the same. I typically go to higher end salons, and have never paid this much. This price is not reasonable.
