Great services, great selection of products and amazing staff. Everyone is so friendly and I enjoy my visits there.
I went in for a haircut and came out with the most uneven cut I have ever seen. There was absolutely no technique or skill. I reached out to the manager Heather to let her know I am not please with my cut and had to have it fixed and a refund should be issued. The most they offered was 20% off my next hair cut. Definitely disappointed as it’s not a cheap place to go either! Won’t be going back.
I’ve been coming here for over a year and it has been nothing but inconsistent. All I ever ask for is a simple root touch up, yet I end up with a different color every single time. At first they blamed the system for not saving my formula, but after multiple visits it was obvious they had no intention of fixing the issue. The young girl who does the hairstyles needs more experience. I thought I would be happy with my hairstyle, but she had me for an hour and a half. She really didn't do what I asked for. I left that place very disappointed.
New to Okotos and found Chatters online. I had the pleasure to meet and was booked with Satin (Satinder). Satin was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I explained I was new to the area. I advised Satin that I needed a color and cut. I love the idea that the sinks are located on the station! I was very pleased with the color, cut and style I received.
