I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Chatters. I went in specifically asking if my hair could be thinned because it was feeling too thick for the style I wanted. To clarify, I was wearing synthetic hair in a braided hairstyle. I was told they could not thin my hair because it was synthetic and that doing so would “ruin their product.” What bothered me most was that there was seemingly no attempt to find an alternative solution or accommodate what I was asking for. If there was a zero rating that is what I would give this salon. This is by far the worst “haircut” I have ever had and foolishly I paid the $70 they charged. My hair was just below mid back, one length, bangs to my chin. I asked for layers, shoulder blade length and face framing bangs. It is obvious to me that this person did mot know how to layer, all she did was use texture scissors to feign layering.
