I got my haircut done by Idalia and I absolutely loved it! She was so sweet, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. She really listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly the style I was hoping for. Amazing service!

Two days ago i visit chatters with my friend and i was so confused with what goes best on my hair but preet guided me so well and i am in love with my new hair color . It's a must visit place.
I had a very disappointing experience with Sandy K. at this salon. I arrived on time for my appointment, yet was blamed for being late, which was completely unprofessional. She wasn’t even aware that she had a customer scheduled for a haircut, and instead of handling the situation politely, she was rude and dismissive. I had worst experience ever at a salon. I went in for a color and hair cut. Macky was my stylist. On his profile it says he is a master, not sure of what as he butchered my hair. I asked for my banges to be BELOW my eye brows, they are way to short to even style, the rest of my hair is so uneven I may have to let it grow out to be fixed or get a very short hair cut to fix it.
