Horrible experience in park royal location to purchase products. Waited in line for 15 minutes and had to leave as no one helped. The last infront of me was waiting for the worker to fix her problem. Worker was on the phone saying nothing. Not told anything by anyone or even acknowledged. Walked out with nothing after shopping for a while and gathering products. Need to hire more or hire people who can manage the store. Happened around 6:30 June 19 2026

I am extremely disappointed with the service we received today. My daughter was attending a very important event her friend’s graduation and having her hair done beautifully was very important to her. We paid $90 for a hairstyle that honestly looked like something a 10-year-old could have done at home. The hairstyle was messy, poorly executed, and completely different from the reference photo we showed. Her hair was simply curled, pinned up with numerous bobby pins, and loosely tied back. The young ladies who helped were positive, happy, and their personalities just sparkled... it was a joy to walk in here! I highly recommend this salon. I been seeing a new stylist and I just love her work

I will never take my kid there again. I booked a kids’ long hair cut including wash and blow-dry as a 45-minute service, but the stylist Sepideh asked me to book extra time and pay more for blow-dry — even though blow-dry was already included in what I paid for. Her justification was that my daughter’s hair was “curlier than expected.” I refused and showed her the booking, which clearly listed a 45-minute service with blow-drying.
