I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received during my recent visit. I came into the store specifically looking for shampoo, conditioner, and other hair products, and I was hoping to receive knowledgeable guidance on which products would be best suited for my hair. Unfortunately, the employee who assisted me appeared uninterested and unenthusiastic when showing me different products. Love this place. Staff are friendly and Angelito does My hair so well
Horrible experience in park royal location to purchase products. Waited in line for 15 minutes and had to leave as no one helped. The last infront of me was waiting for the worker to fix her problem. Worker was on the phone saying nothing. Not told anything by anyone or even acknowledged. Walked out with nothing after shopping for a while and gathering products. Need to hire more or hire people who can manage the store. Happened around 6:30 June 19 2026
