Made a huge mistake going there! Priscilla over bleached my hair and now it’s falling out in chunks and completely ruined! I was told she was a senior hairdresser but her work seems like she’s a student. I’m absolutely devastated and I don’t know if my hair will ever return to what it was. Horrible!!!!! Update- Went back to Rebekah and she fixed my hair as much as she could, made it look somewhat healthy, went above and beyond to help me! I’m finally feeling a bit better! Just got notified by ChattersCanada that my personal info was leaked in a data breach. No apology, no clear info on what was stolen though it may have been credit card information, just ‘free credit monitoring.’ Disappointing and unsafe.

Hailey and Andrew are both amazing stylists that I would definitely recommend. I have been coming here for years and I am never disappointed. I have successfully had black box dye removed from my hair, gone blonde and back to brunette and never had an issues. Thank you both for your amazing work!
