Came in this morning for a last min walk in appointment and the front desk lady was able to get me in to see Rebecca, she was so professional and quick with my blow out, got me in and out within 30 minutes! The most effortless blow out! I will definitely be back!
I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I had a lash lift appointment booked for 6:00 PM and arrived right on time. Instead of being taken in, I was told the technician wasn’t finished and to come back in 10 minutes. I returned after 10 minutes, only to be told again that she still wasn’t done and I’d have to wait even longer. I had a very disappointing experience today. The person who did my eyebrows was unprofessional and careless: • She applied wax so poorly that it even touched my eyes, which is unsafe and unacceptable. • Some of my eyelashes were damaged in the process. • She didn’t shape or clean my brows properly, and I had to specifically ask her to at least trim them. • Overall, the service felt rushed, careless, and very irritating. Made a huge mistake going there! Priscilla over bleached my hair and now it’s falling out in chunks and completely ruined! I was told she was a senior hairdresser but her work seems like she’s a student. I’m absolutely devastated and I don’t know if my hair will ever return to what it was. Horrible!!!!! Update- Went back to Rebekah and she fixed my hair as much as she could, made it look somewhat healthy, went above and beyond to help me! I’m finally feeling a bit better! But my hair is still extremely damaged from the over ... read more
